How hiring works

  3. Step 3.A short interview if your work fits an open role.
  4. Step 4.Approval, agreement, background check and payout setup.
  5. Step 5.Claim your first assignment in the media member portal.

Applicants under 18 need a parent or guardian on file, and every adult media member clears a background check before their first assignment.
