Create an account
A free DUB Sports Media account holds your contact details and every athlete you order for. Use the same email you use at checkout so payments match your account automatically.
Add an athlete
Save the athlete's name, school, grade, sport, positions, jersey color and number, and a photo. That information is how our editors identify the athlete in your footage.
Select a service
Choose the package that fits what you recorded — a selected-play highlight, a full-game review, or a Coach B player spotlight feature.
Complete payment
Checkout is handled securely by Stripe. Your order number is issued the moment payment is confirmed, never before.
Submit your footage
After payment you get submission instructions. Share the plays or the full game file along with clear athlete-identification details.
Track the order
Watch the order move through Videos Received, Editing, and Quality Review from your dashboard. Fast, professional turnaround based on order volume and footage submission.
Receive your highlights
Completed highlights are delivered to your customer portal and emailed to you, in vertical Reels format and widescreen YouTube format.
